This new home is a modern Craftsman style, with vaulted ceilings, exposed roof structure and butterfly dormers at the front and rear. The shape of the house embraces the landscape and allows sunlight to the yard and all parts of the house. The naturalistic landscape design is being developed in tandem with the house to work with sightlines through the indoor and outdoor spaces and make the outdoors into very functional living space, with access to a creek at the back yard. The wide front porch opens the home for interaction with neighbors at the front. We have designed to a high level of sustainability and resiliency.
