OPEN RANCH ADU

Along with an extensive remodel of an existing ranch house, we added this two-bedroom ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) at one end of the site. We laid out the site to give a sense of two separate lots for the ADU and main house; the ADU has its own face to the street and its own back yard. Income from the ADU largely finances the rebuild of the main house.
